CCMS provides emotional and practical support to encourage, empower and enable service users. CCMS  aim is to facilitate and maximise the rehabilitation of adults, and children, with acquired brain injury to help them fulfil their potential.

 

Services include:

 

  • Recruitment of Support Workers, Personal Carers and Rehabilitation Assistants on behalf of clients and/or their funders
  • Management and Supervision of Support Workers, Personal Care and Rehabilitation Packages on behalf of clients and/or their funders
  • Provision of Support Workers, Personal Carers and Rehabilitation Assistants

 

Aims & Objectives

 

CCMS objectives are to work with service users, their families and other professionals in order to:

 

  • Improve the health of the service user
  • Improve quality of life for the service user
  • Help service users make a positive contribution
  • Facilitate the service user exercising choice and control
  • Ensure the service user remains free from discrimination and harassment
  • Promote economic well-being
  • Promote personal dignity

 

Through exercising all of our objectives, CCMS aims to work with focus and dedication to promote active rehabilitation and ensure positive outcomes.
